Qualifications

• Licensure - Current RN license in SC or multi-state (NCSBN)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to inpatients in the ICU setting.
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the health care team.
• Perform thorough nursing assessments and document findings in the medical record.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care and transitions, including discharge planning and referrals.
