Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking an ICU nurse for the 18-bed unit at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon County. This full-time day shift role runs 7am–7:30pm, every 3rd weekend, with rotating holidays and weekend differential.

You will serve as the primary nurse for ICU patients, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team and delivering evidence-based treatments. RN licensure, ICU experience, BLS, and a nursing degree (Diploma/AS or BSN preferred) are required, with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• ICU RN experience required.
• Diploma or Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with multi-state license; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care as primary nurse on the unit.
• Safely administers prescribed treatments and medications.
• Documents patient responses and progress in EMR.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team for care planning.
• Promotes patient safety and professional practice environment.
