WellSpan Health's ICU in Ephrata is seeking a knowledgeable nurse leader to supervise daily operations on the unit, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care during the night shift. Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience required.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience required.
• Current BLS and specialty certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: maintain adequate levels and skill mix across shifts.
• Oversee delivery of patient care and delegate assignments.
• Direct and mentor charge nurses and staff; ensure performance standards are met.
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager on unit needs (flow, equipment, documentation, satisfaction).
• Protect patient confidentiality and promote professional communications.
