Qualifications

• RN with at least 1 year of RN experience required
• 1 year RN experience preferred in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or ED
• Current state RN license and BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred or required within specified timeframe

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and prioritize care needs
• Develop and implement care plans for acute critically ill patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to determine treatment
• Administer medications per policies and safety standards
• Provide a safe, therapeutic environment and ongoing evaluations
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and document outcomes
