Bon Secours Health System invites applications for the Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Transport at St. Mary’s Richmond. The ICU nurse delivers high‑level care to critical patients, coordinates with the care team, and plans treatment while maintaining patient safety in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 1 year RN experience required; BSN preferred. Valid RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS credentials are expected, with ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Formación

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, CCU, Stepdown, or ED preferred.
• Current state RN licensure; BLS/ACLS (preferred at hire); PALS (preferred at hire).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct and analyzes initial and ongoing patient assessment; create plan of care; implement treatment; evaluate effectiveness.
• Administer medications safely per policy and state practice.
• Anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
