Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conducts and analyzes initial and ongoing patient assessment, creates a plan of care, implements treatment, and evaluates treatment effectiveness.
• Synthesizes and prioritizes information to take immediate, evidence-based action.
• Anticipates and responds to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Administer medications safely according to policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
