Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or ED preferred.
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred with certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conduct and analyze initial and ongoing patient assessment, create a plan of care, implement treatment, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Synthesize and prioritize information to take decisive action using clinical judgement.
• Anticipates and responds to rapidly changing patient conditions.
• Administer medications safely in line with state practice and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
