Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (required)
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit (preferred)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• ACLS and/or PALS training preferred; ACLS within 6 months of hire; BLS required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Assess patient status and develop a plan of care
• Implement and evaluate treatment plans for acute, critical patients
• Administer medications safely according to policies and procedures
• Adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions and priorities
• Other duties as assigned
