Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) at Clermont Hospital. The RN will deliver high‑quality critical care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and develop patient care plans.

The role requires current RN licensure and 1 year of RN experience, with 6 months in relevant units preferred. Ideal candidates hold a BSN (preferred) and possess ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications or the ability to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1 year of RN experience required; 6 months in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or ED preferred.
• ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications are preferred or must be obtained per policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patients, develop a care plan, implement treatment, and evaluate outcomes.
• Prioritize information and act with clinical judgment in changing conditions.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
