Job summary

Mercy Health's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Fairfield is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality critical care. Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (required)
• 6 months RN experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit (preferred)
• Bachelor of Science Nursing preferred (not required)
• Current state RN licensure; BLS and ACLS/PALS certifications as noted

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure patient safety and timely care.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments; develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions with clinical judgment.
