TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced ICU nurse to join our on-site team in Selma, AL. You will provide high-quality critical care, monitor patient status, administer medications, and document activities in the EHR while collaborating with physicians and therapists to ensure seamless care.

The role requires an active RN license and at least 2 years of ICU experience, with strong emphasis on infection control, patient assessment, and rapid escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in the applicable state.
• Minimum 2 years ICU/critical care nursing experience.
• Competence in IV therapy, medication administration, and titration.
• Strong patient assessment and rapid escalation to care team.
• Infection control adherence and sterile technique in ICU.
• Accurate documentation in EHR systems.
• Ability to participate in patient triage and resource planning.
• Collaborative communication with physicians, therapists, and nurses.
• Flexibility to work part-time on-site with consistent shifts.
