Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced ICU nurse to provide high-quality care in our Mesa, AZ-based ICU units. You will triage, monitor, and manage critically ill patients, document progress, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, effective treatment.
The role requires an active RN license with ICU experience and a willingness to work on-site, with ACLS/BLS certifications preferred.
Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to triage, monitor, and manage critical patients.
Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team.
Administer medications, monitor responses, and adjust plans per protocol and physician orders.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care.
Document procedures, patient progress, and outcomes in electronic health records.
Ensure on-site presence and availability to respond promptly to emergencies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in quality initiatives.
Mentor and support junior staff; demonstrate willingness to learn and grow.
Meet performance targets using defined pipelines and contribute to territory readiness.
Provide patient and family education on care plans, procedures, and discharge needs.
Support contract goals by delivering consistent results in a growth-focused environment.
Active RN license with ICU or critical care experience.
Current ACLS certification and BLS certification preferred.
Proven ability to monitor, triage, and manage critically ill patients in ICU.
Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation standards.
Strong infection control practices and patient safety adherence.
On-site presence and rapid response capability for emergencies.
Ability to work in a growth-focused, metrics-driven environment.
Experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong communication skills for patient/family education and care coordination.
Familiarity with quality improvement processes and patient care pipelines.
On-site position based in Mesa, AZ — work daily from our local office for hands-on collaboration
