- Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to triage, monitor, and manage critical patients.
- Assess patient conditions, document findings, and communicate changes to the care team.
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and adjust plans per protocol and physician orders.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to coordinate patient care.
- Document procedures, patient progress, and outcomes in electronic health records.
- Ensure on-site presence and availability to respond promptly to emergencies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in quality initiatives.
- Mentor and support junior staff; demonstrate willingness to learn and grow.
- Meet performance targets using defined pipelines and contribute to territory readiness.
- Provide patient and family education on care plans, procedures, and discharge needs.

Experience/Qualifications
- Active RN license with ICU or critical care experience.
- Current ACLS certification and BLS certification preferred.
- Proven ability to monitor, triage, and manage critically ill patients in ICU.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation standards.
- Strong infection control practices and patient safety adherence.
- On-site presence and rapid response capability for emergencies.
- Ability to work in a growth-focused, metrics-driven environment.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills for patient/family education and care coordination.
- Familiarity with quality improvement processes and patient care pipelines.
