Qualifications

  • On-site presence and rapid response capability for emergencies.
  • Ability to work in a growth-focused, metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong communication skills for patient/family education and care coordination.
  • Familiarity with quality improvement processes and patient care pipelines.

Responsibilities
