Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Mesa, AZ is seeking an RN - ICU to provide high-quality critical care, triage, monitor, and manage ICU patients in-office at BBMC/BHH ICUs.

The role requires ACLS/BLS, strong communication, and on-site presence; start in October with potential on-call and opportunities to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with ICU or critical care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred.
• Proven ability to monitor, triage, and manage critically ill patients in ICU.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation standards.
• Strong infection control practices and patient safety adherence.
• On-site presence and rapid response capability for emergencies.
• Ability to work in a growth-focused, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication skills for patient/family education and care coordination.
• Familiarity with quality improvement processes and patient care pipelines.
