Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an ICU nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients on site in Ocala, FL. You will monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.

The role requires 2–4 years of ICU experience, RN license, and strong communication skills. You will contribute to KPI targets and engage in ongoing professional development in a merit-based environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with ICU specialization and current license.
• Minimum 2–4 years ICU or critical care nursing experience.
• Proficient in invasive monitoring and critical care interventions.
• Accurate medication administration and documentation in EHR/CDC systems.
• Strong infection control knowledge and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to rapidly elevate changes to physicians and participate in rounds.
• KPI‑driven performance mindset with ability to contribute to pipeline targets.
• Proven record of accurate charting and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families.
• Adaptability to a growth‑oriented, merit‑based environment.

Responsibilities
