Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to adult patients per unit protocols.

Respond promptly to code blue and emergency situations in ICU.

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in real time.

Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and safety.

Document care events, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to update care plans.

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and patient safety standards.

Prioritize workload to meet unit targets and productivity expectations.

Participate in daily rounds and provide patient and family education.

Experience/Qualifications
