Job summary
AdventHealth in Florida is seeking an experienced RN leader for a full‑time night shift role in Winter Garden. You will oversee venous access and infusion therapy, ensure patient safety, and mentor nursing staff while driving quality improvements.
Eligible clinicians may access a Clinical Ladder for salary advancement and may qualify for sign-on/relocation incentives. Required RN license with leadership experience; Associate’s degree is required, Bachelor’s preferred.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in a nursing unit.
- Experience with venous access and infusion therapies.
- Ability to lead performance improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform venous access procedures within RN scope, ensuring patient safety.
- Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjust care plans as needed.
- Assess patients to determine appropriate venous access methods.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for venous access and infusion therapy.
- Provide patient education on venous access and infusion therapy.
