Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager (CANM) to lead shift operations and ensure delivery of high-quality care in a busy Lakeland facility. You will guide nursing teams, coordinate staffing, and maintain patient flow while upholding safety and standards.

The CANM role requires BSN preferred, Florida RN license, and strong leadership skills. You will partner with nursing operations leadership to support a high-performing, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Florida RN license or NLC.
• BLS certification; ACLS or other area-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality care and patient flow.
• Manage staffing assignments based on acuity and patient needs.
• Coordinate with supervisors and care coordinators to achieve outcomes.
• Promote safety, quality, and patient experience initiatives.
• Mentor and coach nursing staff, supporting retention and professional development.
