The position requires 3 years of RN staff experience, 3 years of leadership experience, a BSN (or enrollment with BSN within 2 years), and an active RN license in the practice state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• May consider a candidate currently enrolled; BSN obtained within 2 years of hire.
• 3 years staff nurse (RN) experience is required.
• 3 years leadership experience is required.
• Licensed in state of practice (RN) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing unit to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide leadership, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement.
• Serve as liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administrative teams.
• Address unit-specific challenges with a hands-on approach and champion patient/staff experience.
