HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast in Pasadena, Texas is seeking an ICU Nurse Manager to lead a 24/7 critical care environment spanning MICU, SICU, CVICU, NICU support, and more. You will drive patient outcomes, mentor staff, and collaborate with hospital councils and nursing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate nursing program.
• Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact; must obtain Texas license within 90 days of hire.
• 3–5 years of critical care ICU experience; 2 years may be considered.
• 1 year of leadership experience in a hospital/healthcare setting.
• Current BLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Upholds organizational alignment across assigned units.
• Executes strategic goal-setting and documents progress for leadership.
• Empowers frontline staff to develop evidence-based practices.
• Maintains consistent communication with monthly staff meetings and updates.
• Optimizes fiscal resources and budgets using advanced information systems.
• Balances workforce staffing to deliver cost-efficient, quality care.
