Advance your nursing leadership career as the ICU RN Manager at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a highly specialized, 24/7 critical care environment spanning the full spectrum of intensive care specialties, including Medical ICU (MICU), Surgical ICU (SICU), Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU), Neuro ICU, Trauma ICU (TICU), Neonatal ICU (NICU), and Burn/Pediatric ICU support frameworks. Dedicated to treating high‑acuity patients who require intensive monitoring and life‑saving interventions, you will lead a multidisciplinary team providing vital services to support our Level III Trauma Center, Certified Primary Stroke Center, and Accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Resuscitation.
Our department manages complex adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations requiring advanced hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical ventilation, and rapid interventions for conditions such as severe sepsis, respiratory failure, heart failure, and acute neurological events.
