Join Essentia Health’s accomplished team as a Registered Nurse in Brainerd and Baxter, Minnesota, where you can enjoy the beauty of 465 lakes and outdoor activities. The role is based at St Josephs Medical Center in the 4003080 ICU - SJMC department and requires a BSN/ADN with at least 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience.

You’ll lead patient care, delegate to nursing staff, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver individualized, high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Minimum one year RN experience in Med/Surg or Medical unit.

Aufgaben

• Lead Patient Care: organize and deliver comprehensive care through all phases of the patient care process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Guide and Delegate: lead by delegating care responsibilities based on licensure, training, and role specifications.
• Contribute to a Greater Mission: support Essentia Health's mission and goals for the community.
• Ensure Compliance: adhere to Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor Critical Conditions: continuously assess and respond to changes in patient status with clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: work with physicians and specialists to implement individualized care plans.
