Essentia Health in Brainerd/Baxter, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant to deliver direct patient care under RN supervision. Duties include hygiene support, vital signs, transfer assistance, and accurate recordkeeping. Must have qualifying experience or training and be able to obtain state CNA registration.

Position offers 0.8 FTE with day/evening shifts, rotating 8-hour blocks, and a supportive benefits program including health and retirement plans.
