Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston seeks a Nightshift ICU Nurse Practitioner to support a CVICU (8 beds) and ICU (22 beds). The team consists of 10 NPs with 3x12s schedule (72 hours paid for 80), and every other weekend.

AGACNP required; ICUNP preferred; new grad with strong ICU background considered. The role includes bedside assessments, procedures, and collaboration with Attending Physicians; credentialing 2-3 months; generous PTO and professional growth opportunities within Memorial

Qualifications

• Two (2) years clinical nursing experience in area of intended practice

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment, triage, and therapeutic management of patient/family needs throughout the disease process.
• Performs physical examinations, reviews orders, and formulates treatment plans.
• Collaborates with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care.
