Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure and required certifications listed (CA RN, BLS, ACLS)
• Basic EKG course completed
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Ensure age-appropriate care for adults and geriatric patients.
• Administer medications per policy and document responses.
• Assess patients and develop individual care plans.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to physicians and/or other personnel.
• Document care clearly and timely.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement programs
