Job summary

Monterey Park Hospital in Los Angeles County is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU Unit on a full-time 12-hour night shift, reporting to the Director of Critical Care Services.

The RN provides care, treatment, counseling and health education to hospitalized patients, coordinating care from admission through post-discharge while meeting DHS and TJC requirements. Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team ensures high-quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current CA RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications required.
• CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, treatment, counseling, and health education to hospitalized patients.
• Plan and coordinate care from admission through post-discharge.
• Ensure compliance with DHS, TJC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and safety.
