Medical City Dallas is seeking an experienced RN for a seasonal night shift assignment, running from September 20, 2026 to April 3, 2027. This role requires 72 hours per pay period, weekend rotations, and two holiday shifts during the 32-week period.

The RN will provide patient-centered care and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. The position requires an active RN license, an Associate Degree, and ACLS/BLS within 30 days of start date.

Qualifikationen

• RN with active license and ICU experience
• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• ACLS within 30 days of employment
• BLS within 30 days of employment
• 1+ year ICU experience required

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Perform procedures and document care in the patient medical record promptly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and tailor a holistic care plan.
• Promote evidence-based practices to meet quality measures and improve outcomes.
