Medical City Dallas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a seasonal night shift assignment in the Coppell, TX area. The role runs from September 20, 2026 to April 3, 2027, with a 72-hour per pay period requirement and potential float to nearby facilities as needed.

Qualifications include RN licensure, an Associate Degree, and at least 1 year of ICU experience. ACLS/BLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of ICU experience required.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure in good standing with associate degree.

Responsabilités

• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Teaches patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
• Educates patients and families about non-medicinal follow-up measures and healthy lifestyle changes for future self-management.
• Contributes to continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver comprehensive patient care.
