Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking a registered nurse to provide patient-centered care across medical-surgical units. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Required are an AZ RN license (or compact state), BLS certification, and basic EKG skills; additional certifications may be required by unit.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or graduate of a Nursing Diploma program.
• Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact state RN license.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to prevent Healthcare Acquired Conditions and readmissions.
• Perform nursing assessments and collect data from patients and families.
• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Deliver nursing care aligned with standards and therapies of other disciplines.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with Nursing Personnel and ensure patient satisfaction.
