Job summary

Mercy in Ardmore, OK is seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to help the Chief Nursing Officer deliver safe, high-quality, cost-efficient care across Med Surg and Outpatient services. You will ensure staff competency, optimize resources, and meet productivity and financial goals while upholding Mercy’s patient-centered values.

You will lead clinical and administrative teams, drive continuous improvement, and partner with physicians and leaders to enhance care delivery and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current RN license in applicable State of practice.
• Minimum three years nursing experience; leadership/management preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality, cost-efficient care.
• Ensure competent staff in Med Surg and Outpatient Departments and efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborate with administrative personnel and physicians to improve processes and communication.
