Job summary

Requirements include RN licensure, BSN preferred, 3+ years nursing with leadership experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications within 90 days of hire. Collaborates with physicians and staff to optimize resources and patient flow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality and cost-efficient care across Med Surg and Outpatient Departments.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and meet productivity and/or financial goals.
• Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians and staff from other areas to enhance communication and improve processes across the continuum.
• Meet customer service satisfaction goals.
