Job summary

UCHealth in Aurora is seeking an ICU RN for a PRN night shift in the Metro Enterprise Float Pool. The role involves direct patient care in a technically complex ICU, with a rotating night schedule and compensation that reflects experience.

Candidates must graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold RN licensure, with ICU experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship, plus ACLS and BLS certifications. Onsite only, no remote option.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or state board nursing program.
• RN license required.
• ACLS and BLS certification required (BLS card valid through start date).

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope direct patient care in the ICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Support orientation and precepting for new staff or learners.
• Maintain safety and quality of care at the point of service.
