Job summary

UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO is hiring an RN for Nights in the MCR Resource Pool / Float Pool. This full-time onsite role is 0.900 FTE (72 hours per pay period) with pay between $35.29 and $54.71 per hour plus a float pool differential and a quarterly night-shift incentive of $1,600.

Required: graduate of an accredited RN program, current RN license, BLS, ACLS and any position-level certifications; at least 6 months ICU/PCU RN experience or completion of UCHealth

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS Healthcare Provider certification and any position-level certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Support wellness, evidence-based practice, and ongoing learning.
• Precept new staff or trainees when applicable.
