Job summary

UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs seeks an RN for the South Region Critical Care Float Pool. The role is full-time, night shift, onsite, with a competitive hourly pay and a $1,600 quarterly Night Shift Incentive. Requires RN licensure and ICU/PCU experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.

You will provide high-level direct patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to education and safety initiatives within a dynamic critical care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• 6 months ICU/PCU RN experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross with current card.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-of-scope direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Precept and mentor new staff or learners in a fast-paced clinical environment.
