Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school/college of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher.
• Current State of Illinois RN license.
• Experience in a specific clinical area; nursing specialty certification, if eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically competent, evidence-based care for an assigned group of patients.
• Adhere to ANA Scope and Standards of Professional Nursing and ethical guidelines.
• Coordinate care planning, implementation and evaluation with the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in hand-offs with complete, timely information at the bedside.
• Foster patient-centered care and advocacy within the care plan.
