Advocate Health's Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee is seeking an Internal ICU Float RN to join the ICU float pool, covering multiple critical care units during nights (7:00 pm – 7:30 am). This 0.9 FTE, 36-hour schedule supports the hospital’s dynamic ICU coverage model.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in Wisconsin, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and ICU experience (18–24 months). Self-scheduling and one weekend shift per 6 weeks are required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 18 months ICU RN experience (2 years strongly preferred).
• Self-scheduling and 1 weekend (Sat-Sun) shifts per 6-week period.

Responsibilities
