Job summary

Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a part-time ICU float RN to support multiple hospitals within the Illinois division. You will provide flexible, high-quality nursing care on a self-scheduled basis, covering nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and floating as needed across zones.

Required are 2+ years ICU experience, active RN licensure in the state, and BLS/ACLS certification. Strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential in this multi-site resource role.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.

• Document accurately in EHR and participate in professional development.
• Possibly float to other units/facilities as needed.
