The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an experienced Resource Float Pool RN to support ICU service lines, floating across CVICU, SICU, and MICU to care for critically ill patients and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.

Candidates will join a dedicated team, perform holistic assessments, collaborate with the care team using SBAR, assist with discharge planning, and respond promptly to emergencies while maintaining safety and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where practicing.
• Experience caring for critically ill patients.
• Comfortable floating between multiple ICU environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic patient assessments.
• Coordinate care using SBAR with the care team.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure patient safety.
