Qualifications

• CNA certification valid in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified healthcare provider.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care (toileting, bathing, ambulation) with excellent service.
• Maintain continuous line of sight with patient at all times.
• Assist during tests/procedures and report changes to nurse.
• Ensure room cleanliness and safety; document care findings promptly.
• Observe for safety risks, follow infection control policies, and assist with mobilization as needed.
