Job summary

St. Joseph's Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical ICU on the Paterson, NJ campus. This full-time role requires use of the Nursing Process to plan, implement and evaluate patient care within the department's standards and scope of practice.

The RN will contribute to goals and philosophy of the Nursing Department and collaborate with the healthcare team on a night shift, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure by the State of New Jersey.
• BLS and ACLS within one year of hire.
• Certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS) via American Heart Association since 2019.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the Nursing Process.
• Collaborate with the Department of Nursing and assigned unit staff.
