St. Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, NJ invites a Registered Nurse to join the Intermediate Nursery on the night shift. This on-site role focuses on applying the Nursing Process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the unit.

Qualified candidates will hold NJ RN licensure and preferably a BSN. Expect BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with NRP/ANRPN requirements managed by the employer. The position supports a respected health system with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• NRP certification within 1 year of hire.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the Nursing Process.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to meet unit goals.
• Support the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within St. Joseph's University Medical Center.
