Job summary

St. Joseph’s Health in Paterson, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for Critical Care on the night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) to deliver high-quality care on a busy unit.

Responsibilities include applying the Nursing Process, collaborating with the care team, and ongoing patient assessment. Required NJ RN licensure, a BSN preferred, BLS/ACLS (PALS via AHA within one year), and strong commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN licensure by the State of New Jersey is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications must be completed within one year of hire.
• Certifications for BLS, ACLS, and PALS must be through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Collaborate with the department and care team to achieve patient care goals.
