Job summary

St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, NJ seeks a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care unit. The full-time 7:00 AM–7:30 PM shift requires nursing expertise on a Stepdown floor, collaborative care, and adherence to unit protocols.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the State of New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the Nursing Process.
• Collaborate with department of nursing and care team on patient plans.
• Provide critical care nursing on a Seton 6 South Stepdown unit.
