Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure delivery of quality care, supervising licensed staff and orientees while prioritizing patient safety.

The role requires conducting early assessments, collaborating with families and the care team, and maintaining thorough documentation in the medical record. ICU/critical care experience and two years bedside experience are required.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required prior to first shift.
• Minimum of two years bedside clinical experience is highly desired.
• ICU and critical care experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessment within 8 hours of admission to create an individualized plan of care.
• Identify teaching needs and goals with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide timely patient information and status updates during team conferences.
