Job summary

American-Advanced-Management,-Inc. is seeking an experienced ICU/ Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise the planning and provision of care for critically ill patients.

The role involves directing care by licensed nurses and staff, educating patients and families, and documenting care efficiently. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active RN license, 2–3 years of acute care experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold a current state license and must maintain license renewal.
• Minimum 2–3 years acute care experience required.
• Critical Care experience preferred.
• Completion of a critical care course within 3 months of hire.
• Read, write, and speak English; must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected.
• BLS and ACLS Certification required.
• Specialty Certification recognized.

Responsibilities

• Nursing supervision in planning for and provision of nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Directs and evaluates care given by other licensed nurses and personnel.
• Educates, assesses needs, plans, implements, evaluates and documents care for each patient.
• Responsible for care provided directly and by others under supervision.
