Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an experienced RN - ICU to provide specialized nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU. The role involves continuous patient assessment, administering therapies, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective care.

Candidates must hold an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, an active RN license in the state, and BLS/ACLS certification with ICU experience preferred. CCRN is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice (Required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required).
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive assessments and continuously monitors critically ill patients.
• Administers medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other treatments as ordered.
• Monitors cardiac rhythms, vital signs, ventilator support, and other critical care parameters.
• Recognizes and responds promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Collaborates with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Provides patient and family education and emotional support throughout the care process.
• Documents assessments, interventions, treatments, and patient response in the medical record.
