Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• State RN license and renewal in good standing.
• 2–3 years acute care experience.
• Critical care course completion within 3 months of hire.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Specialty certification recognized.
• PICC line insertion certification recognized.
• Strong reading/writing English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and supervision for critically ill patients.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and document care.
• Direct and evaluate care by licensed nurses and personnel.
• Educate patients and families as needed.
