Job summary

Kindred Hospital San Antonio is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in LTAC. You will perform the nursing process, monitor patients, and advocate for safe, effective treatment.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning, and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR. Competence in ACLS may be required; English fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop and coordinate patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications with correct dosages and monitoring.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Ensure patient safety and participate in discharge planning.
