Job summary

Sterling Physician Recruiters, Llc is seeking an ICU (Critical Care) NP or PA for an expanding hospitalist role in NW Ohio, just outside Toledo. Day shift, fast-paced ICU with emphasis on bedside procedures and strong clinical judgment.

Candidate will have board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, 2+ years ICU/critical care experience, and OH license or eligibility. Competitive compensation with a base salary up to $155,000 plus bonuses and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years ICU or critical care experience.
• Ohio license or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU-level care in a fast-paced hospitalist setting.
• Perform bedside procedures including central venous access and arterial lines.

Expanding hospitalist position within a fast-paced ICU. Day shift. Seeking proficientbedside procedures, including central venous catheter placement, arterial line insertion, endotracheal intubation. High-level clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork. Cerner EMR.

Requirements:

• Board Certified: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 2 years ICU or critical care experience
• OH license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary to $155K
• Signing bonus (up to $10K)
• Relocation assistance (up to $5k/negotiable)
