Job summary

Sterling Physician Recruiters is seeking a Neurology NP/PA in NW Ohio to join an expanding memory care neurology team. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and a collaborative environment with 5 providers.

Cerner EMR supports efficient patient care and access to community resources. Training is provided for those new to neurology or memory care, with opportunities for loan forgiveness and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Preference for 2 years neurology or memory care experience.
• OH medical license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for memory care and cognitive disorders.
• Collaborate with a team of 5 providers and care navigators.
• Manage patient load of approximately 12 patients per day.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation.

Neurology NP / PA

Join an integrative non-profit integrated regional health system in NW Ohio (outside of Toledo). Suburban community offering a high quality of life, affordable housing, and good school districts.

Join an expanding Neurology practice focusing on memory care and cognitive disorders. Collaborative team of 5 providers (2 MDs and 3APPs). Practice supports Alzheimer, stroke, headache, movement disorders, nerve pain, seizure disorders. Hospital-employed position.Monday - Friday, no evenings/weekends. Average 12 patients p/day allowing for longer patient support. Coordinate care and connect patients and caregivers with community resources.Shared office phone call, 1:3 rotation. Cerner EMR.

Training offered to NP/PA's interested in Neurology or Memory Care!

Requirements:

• Board Certified: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Prefer 2 years neurology or memory care experience
• OH medical state license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary to $145k
• Productivity Incentives
• Signing bonus to $10k
• Relocation assistance to $5k (negotiable)
