Sterling Physician Recruiters, Llc is facilitating an ICU (Critical Care) NP/PA opportunity in NW Ohio, just south of Toledo, within a nonprofit regional health system. This expanding hospitalist ICU role offers a day shift, strong teamwork, and a chance to contribute to high-acuity patient care.

Compensation includes a base salary up to $155,000 plus a signing bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, ample PTO, CME support, and comprehensive benefits. Cerner EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required.
• Minimum 2 years ICU or critical care experience.
• Ohio license or eligible to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care in a fast-paced ICU setting.
• Perform bedside procedures including central venous catheter placement and arterial line insertion.
• Demonstrate high-level clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation and care coordination.

Expanding hospitalist position within a fast-paced ICU. Day shift. Seeking proficientbedside procedures, including central venous catheter placement, arterial line insertion, endotracheal intubation. High-level clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork. Cerner EMR.

Requirements:

• Board Certified: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 2 years ICU or critical care experience
• OH license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Guaranteed base salary to $155K
• Signing bonus (up to $10K)
• Relocation assistance (up to $5k/negotiable)
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness
